وصفة فول المال�*

عن الوصفة:

فول المال�* وجبة وسلطة معروفة في الجزائر ت�*ضر عادة في فصل الربيع عندما يكون الفول طازجا وهذه الوصفة سهلة الت�*ضير وطيبة.

المقادير:

* 1 كيلو فول أخضر
* 2 فص ثوم
* باقة من الكسبر الأخضر
* 2 ملعقة زيت
* المل�*

طريقة الت�*ضير:

1. نقوم بوضع الفول في قدر أو طنجرة ضغط بعد غسله جيدا.
2. نضيف له كمية من الماء.
3. ثم نضيف المل�*.
4. نغلق القدر ونتركه �*تى يطهى.
5. بعدما يطهى الفول نضيف له الثوم والكسبر والزيت.
6. نتركه �*تى يغلي قليلا ويكون جاهزا.
