 المنتدى : المطبخ المطبخ
افتراضي طاجن بامية بكرات الل*م



المقادير:
- بامية
- ل*م مفروم
- بصل مبشور
- ثوم
- عصير طماطم
- صلصة
- مل*
- فلفل أسود
- بهارات
- سمنة.
الطريقة :
* يخلط الل*م المفروم مع البصل, المل*, الفلفل الأسود والبهارات
ويشكل الخليط كرات ثم تشو* فى السمنة على النار.
* يشو* البصل فى السمنة على النار مع المل* والفلفل الأسود
ثم يضاف الثوم وعصير الطماطم وصلصة الطماطم .
* توضع البامية فى طاجن ثم كرات الكفتة وخليط الصلصة
ويدخل الفرن لمدة نصف ساعة *تى تمام النضج ثم يقدم.
و بالعافية
