بخطوات سهلة و بسيطة �*ضري معي طريقة عمل عجة تونسية شهية جدا ستأكلين أصابعك ورائها.. المقادير: 4 ملاعق كبيرة من الزيت. 6 ملاعق كبيرة من رب البندورة. ملعقة صغيرة من المل�*. نصف ملعقة صغيرة من الفلفل الأسود. 8 بيض. رأس صغير ال�*جم من البصل. 6 ملاعق من الهريسة (الشطة). كوب من الماء. للتزيين: 3 عروق من البقدونس. طريقةالت�*ضير: نقوم بتقشير البصل ويفرم إلى مكعبات. نغسل البقدونس، ونفرمه فرمًا ناعمًا. نضع الزيت في مقلاة ونضعها على النار ثم نضيف البصل والبندورة والبصل والهريسة ونقلب المواد قليلًا. نضيف المل�* والفلفل الأسود ونقلب المكونات جيدًا. نضيف الماء ثم نضيف البيض وا�*دة تلو الأخرى نترك العجة قليلًا على النار �*تى تنضج ثم ترفع عن النار وتزين بالبقدونس ثم تقدم. نصائ�*: للتخلص من قشر البيض إذا وقع في الطبق: نبلل يدينا بالماء ونرفع القشرة من الطبق.
