أكدت دراسه علميه *ديثه أن هناك أثارا ايجابيه علي مستوي ضبط السكر ، وخصوصا عند كبار السن ، موض*ه أن تناول الأسماك يؤدي الي تنشيط خلايا البنكرياس المنتجه للأنسولين ، كما تقلل من مقاومة الجسم للأنسولين .

وأضافت الدراسه ،، ان تناول الأسماك يؤدي الي تقليل الاصابه بتصلب الشرايين من خلال تقليل لزوجة الدم ومنع التصاق الصفائ* الدمويه .
