المقادير



2 كوب أرز بسمتي ,أو أى نوع آخر
1 كوب بسلة
2 *بة جزر ,متوسطة مبشورة او مكعبات صغيرة
1 *بة فلفل أخضر ,مربعات صغيرة


1 *بة بصلة , كبيرة مفرومة ناعم
1 كوب عصير برتقال


4 ملعقة كبيرة زيت ذرة كريستال
1 ملعقة كبيرة كاري
مل*
2/1 مرقة دجاج



طريقة الطهي


يسخن الزيت فى إناء متوسط غير لاصق على نار متوسطة
يضاف البصل و يقلب *تى يصفر تضاف البسلة والجزر
والفلفل مع التقليب المستمر لمدة 2-3 دقائق
ثم يضاف الارز ويقلب لمدة دقيقة وا*دة

فى كوب كبير يوضع عصير البرتقال
ويذاب فيه الكاري والمل* يجب أن تكون كمية
المل* كافية لمعادلة المذاق ال*لو للبرتقال يمكن إضافة

المزيد من الكاري *سب الرغبة و 1 كوب ماءيصب عصير
البرتقال فوق الأرز ثم تضاف المرقة ويضاف 2/1 1 كوب ماء مغلى
ويقلب *تى يتشرب الأرز الماءيغطى الإناء وينقل
إلى نار هادئة ويترك لمدة 20-25دقيقة
*تى تمام النضج
. يقدم فورا.
