مكرونة باشميل

السلام عليكم ور*مة الله وبركاته

اليوم نقلت لكم معكرونة الباشميل لعيون أخي بووباسل وأتمنى إنها ت*وز على رضاكم

أولا بتقومي بسلق المعكرونه باالماء وت*طي أشوي زيت وت*طي مل*

وبعد ماتسلقيه بتقومي بتصفيته من الماء




ثانيا قومي ب*مل الدجاج أولا تسلقي الدجاج وبعد كذا بتقومي بتقطيعه و*مسه مع بصل وطماطم وقليل من الزيت

وضعي معه بطاطس مسلوق من قبل وفلفل أخضر وبازاليا وجزر وبهارات ومل* وقليل من الصلصلة ال*مراء




ثالثا نعمل الصلصله البيضاء

4 كاسات *ليب
4 ملاعق جبن سائل
2 ملعقتان مايونيز
4دقيق
1 علبه قشطه
وقليل نت المل*
وعلبه وا*ده جبن كرفت

ونخلطهم مع بعض على نار هادئه إلى أن يتجانسوا ويثخن الخليط قليلا



ثم نضعه في الصينيه كطبقه أولى




ثم نضع الدجاج كطبقه ثانيه



وبعدها نضع جبن مبشور

ونضع النصف الآخر من المعكرونه



ثم نضع باقي الصلصله البيضاء



ونضع بيضه وا*ده وجبن مبشور على الوجه وندخلها الفرن إلى أن تنضج



وهذي قطعه منها



وباالهناء والعافيه
