المقاديرعجينة اللوز


كلغ لوز

400g سكر

2/1 كأس زبدة مذوبة

2/1 م.ص.قرفة

2/1 كأس ماء زهر

التزيين:

2/1 كلغ تمر

2/1 كاس ماء زهر

الطريقة:

يسلق اللوز .يقشر ويط*ن مع السكر *تى ن*صل على عجين أملس.
نضيف عليه الزبدة و الماء زهر و القرفة ونمزج جيدا ثم ن*ضر قضبان صغيرة من طول التمرة.
يمس* التمر بماء زهر وينقى من العظم ثم ي*شى بعجينة اللوز
إضافة


لل*صول على عجينة الوز بألوان مختلفة يمكن أن تضيفي أي ملون
