يصادفنا كثيرا المدخنين سواءا في البيت او بالشارع او في ا*دى الاماكن

كأماكن العمل والمتنزهات والاسواق وهذا يضايق الكثير ممن لايدخنون





كيف تقنع المدخن بالاقلاع عن التدخين ؟

كيف تقنع اخوك او ابنك او قريبك كي يقلع عن التدخين ؟


هل هنالك اسلوب او طريقه كي تقنعه بذلك ؟

ماهي العوامل التى تستطيع اقناعه بها ؟؟

والله من وجهه نظري صعب المدخن يترك التدخين بشكل مفاجئ
1ن*اول نساعده بالاقلاع عنه بشكل تدريجي لغايه مايتعود على الوضع ويكون استخدامه له بسيط جدا ويتركه نهائي
2 ن*اول نبين له فوائد ترك التدخين ونشجعه ونكون معه خطوه بخطوه
الله يبعدكم عن هالعاده السيئه الي تدمر ص*تكم وفالكم الص*ه

ال*قيقه هي عاده سيئه جداً وكمان منفره
اعتقد صعب اقناع المدخن بعدم التدخين لأنه في المقام الاول
تعود والشخص المدخن م*تاج قوة إراده للإبتعاد عن التدخين
لأنه في الواقع عارف أضراره ومستمر
ربما لفت النظر ي*فز الفكره
ت*يتي وتقديري للأطرو*ه المميزه
