بان كيك

بان كيك بدون بيض من اسهل واسرع الاطباق ت�*ضيراً يقدم كوجبة للافطار او عشاء خفيف ، يمكنك تقديمه مع الفواكه او الكراميل او الشوكولاته .
المكونات:
- كوبين من الط�*ين
- ملعقة كبيرة من السكر
- كوب من ال�*ليب
- ملعقة كبيرة من الزيت النباتي
- ملعقة صغيرة من الفانيليا
- ملعقتان كبيرتان من الزبدة
- ملعقة كبيرة من بيكنج سودا
طريقة الت�*ضير بان كيك :
في وعاء اخلطي الط�*ين مع السكر والبيكنج سودا ثم اضيفي ال�*ليب والزيت والماء والفانيليا واخفقيهم جيداً �*تى تتمازج المكونات واتركي المزيج جانباً لمدة ٥ دقائق
في مقلاة على النار سخني الزبدة ، ثم اضيفي المزيج على شكل دائري و�*مريها �*تى تنضج ثم اقلبيها لتت�*مر من الوجه الآخر
قدميها ساخنة مع الفواكه او الشوكولاتة
