طريقة عمل العجينة :-

المواد :- ط*ين ابيض. مل* . *ليب .زيت. خميرة فورية

العمل :- نقوم بخلط المواد اعلاه مع قليل من الماء الدافئ *تى تصب* العجينة متجانسة وتترك مدة نص ساعة لتختمر .. ثم تقطع لكرات ب*جم الكرة الصغيرة ..


تفرد قطع العجين بالنشابة و بمساعدة الط*ين كي لا تلتصق العجينة بالشوبك النشابة / الرول ) ..

طريقة عمل الصلصة :-
المقادير:- ل*م مفروم . فلفل اخضر والا*مر .بصل . طماطم .مل* . بهارات . معجون طماطة 3 ملاعق من دبس الرمان

العمل :- تخلط المواد اعلاة جيدا ثم نأخذ قطع من العجين ونقوم بفردها باستخدام الشيبك) وتوضع في صينية الفرن وتوضع فوقها كمية معقولة من الصلصة التي قمنا بأعدادها سابقا وتوضع بالفرن مدة عشرون دقيقة *تى تنضج .............
