المقادير :

1كوب دقيق

وا�*د ونصف ملعقه كبيره �*ليب باودر

ملعقه كبيره كاسترد او نشأ

لكن أفضل إستخدام الكسترد لانه يعطيها لون أ�*لى

1 ملعقه صغيره سكر اقل من الملعقه الكبيره بشوي

ا ملعقه(خميره فورية)

ذرة مل�*

1 كاس ماء دافئ

الطريقه :

اخلطي المقدار مع بعض واعجنيها (اعجني اعجني واعجني )

لمدة 5-10 دقائق

تكورين العجين وتضعينه في زيت غزير و�*ار

وعلى نار هادئه مع التقليب المستمر
